Funnel implementation builds dedicated affiliate landing funnels that route partner traffic into your existing online store.
We A/B test the elements that matter: calls to action, images, headlines, and layouts, keeping what the evidence supports and retiring the rest.

The right work, for the right reasons
More than activity.
A plan with purpose.
Partner traffic rarely behaves like direct navigation. A reader arriving from a review site, a TikTok video or a YouTube description needs context, reassurance and a clear next step before your standard product page makes sense to them. Funnel implementation builds that bridge: dedicated landing experiences matched to the referring partner and campaign, wired into your affiliate tracking, and connected to your existing e-commerce checkout rather than a replacement storefront. Each element that shapes the decision—headline, call to action, imagery, offer framing and page structure—is treated as a testable variable, not a guess. Structured A/B tests compare variants against agreed success measures, and losing variants are retired instead of defended. For nutrition and wellness brands, funnel copy also stays inside your approved product claims, so optimization never drifts into unsupported promises. The result is a measurable path from partner recommendation to completed order in the store you already operate.
A funnel matched to the referral
Visitors arriving from a publisher review, a creator video or a social post see continuity between what was promised and what the page presents. Message match reduces avoidable drop-off that generic product pages create, without claiming that design alone guarantees conversion.
Decisions backed by tests
Calls to action, hero images, offer placement and page length are compared in structured A/B tests with a stated hypothesis and a pre-agreed primary metric. Results are reported with their limitations—sample size, seasonality and traffic mix—rather than presented as universal truths.
Your store stays the checkout
Funnels route qualified visitors into your existing e-commerce site for cart and payment, preserving your fulfillment, tax and customer-data arrangements. Partner attribution is checked across the handoff so commissions remain traceable from first click to validated order.
From strategy to execution
What we can deliver
Practical workstreams, clear handoffs and a scope shaped around your starting point.
Funnel strategy and requirements
A written plan connects partner segments and campaigns to the landing experiences they need, the events to be tracked and the decisions each page must support. It records dependencies on your storefront, affiliate platform and analytics so build work starts from agreed requirements, not assumptions.
Landing page implementation
Pages are produced within your existing site, storefront tooling or an agreed landing platform, with responsive layouts, accessible markup and performance budgets. Copy and imagery remain subject to your brand and claims approval before anything is published to partner traffic.
A/B and multivariate testing
A prioritized testing backlog covers calls to action, images, headlines, offer framing and layout, run with agreed tools and traffic allocation. Where traffic is too low for trustworthy splits, we say so and use sequential reviews or qualitative evidence instead of pretending significance.
Store routing and attribution checks
Handoffs into your e-commerce checkout are tested for parameter persistence, cross-domain behaviour, coupon and referral-code interactions, and mobile journeys. Discrepancies between funnel analytics and affiliate platform records are investigated and documented rather than silently averaged away.
Final deliverables, fees, approvals and responsibilities are agreed in a written proposal. Platform fees, product costs, shipping, creator fees and paid media are not assumed to be included.
How we work together
A considered process.
Not a one-size-fits-all playbook.
We establish what is ready, resolve the dependencies and build a repeatable working rhythm.
Map the traffic and the goal
Review which partners, placements and campaigns send traffic today, what those visitors were promised, and where they currently land. Agree the primary conversion action, the tracking events available and which segments justify a dedicated funnel before any page is designed.
Design and build the funnel
Draft page structure, copy and creative within your brand and approved-claims boundaries, then implement landing pages wired to your affiliate tracking parameters. Routing rules direct visitors to the relevant product or collection in your existing store, with fallback behaviour for expired offers.
Test the elements that matter
Run A/B tests on agreed variables—call-to-action wording and placement, imagery, headlines, offer presentation and form friction. Each test has a hypothesis, a minimum run condition and a decision rule, so a result leads to keeping, changing or retiring a variant rather than endless debate.
Review, roll out and repeat
Evaluate test outcomes alongside downstream order quality, not clicks alone. Winning variants become the new default, learnings feed the next hypothesis, and partner-facing teams receive updated links and guidance. Tests that cannot reach a reliable conclusion are documented honestly.
In practice / illustrative scenario
Illustrative scenario: strong clicks, weak orders
This hypothetical example is not client proof. A wellness brand's creators generate healthy click volumes, but referred visitors leave a generic product page at a high rate, and the team disagrees about whether the audience or the page is the problem.
A planning example, not a client case study or a promise of results.
The approach
A dedicated landing page is built for the two largest referral segments, matching each creator's message and offer. An A/B test compares the existing call to action and hero image against a variant with a clearer bundle offer and usage guidance, with orders—not clicks—as the primary metric and a pre-agreed minimum run.
What we would learn
One variant produces a modest, statistically plausible improvement for one segment and no reliable difference for the other. The team keeps the winning variant where it worked, retains the original elsewhere, and revises the recruitment brief—evidence narrowed the disagreement without promising that every test will produce a winner.
Signals that inform decisions
Measure what matters.
Then decide what comes next.
Reporting should explain trade-offs and next actions—not just count activity. Available data depends on your platform and integrations.
Funnel step completion
Track how referred visitors move from landing through engagement with key elements to store handoff and completed checkout. Step-level reporting shows where the funnel loses people; it does not by itself prove why, so large changes are investigated before they are attributed to a single element.
Test conclusion rate
Measure how many A/B tests reach their pre-agreed decision rule within the planned window. A program where most tests end inconclusively usually indicates traffic that is too thin or hypotheses that are too small, and the testing plan should change rather than manufacture significance.
Attributed order quality
Compare orders routed through funnels with program baselines for return rates, discount dependence and new-versus-returning customers. A variant that lifts orders while degrading order quality is not a win, so optimization targets are agreed with margin and returns in view.
Before we begin
Bring your context.
We'll build the plan together.
You do not need every answer before contacting us. These inputs help identify the right first step.
- Identify which partners, campaigns and placements send meaningful traffic today, and approximately how many monthly referred visitors each segment represents.
- Confirm who can approve new landing pages, copy and imagery, and which claims, offers and price presentations are pre-approved for testing.
- Provide access context for your storefront, affiliate platform and analytics, including any consent or tag-management constraints that affect tracking.
- Agree the primary conversion action and how returns, cancellations and attribution windows will be treated before the first test begins.

Frequently asked questions
Have a question about your specific setup?
Let's talk it throughDo funnels replace our existing online store?
No. Funnels are landing and decision-support experiences that sit in front of your existing e-commerce site. Visitors are routed into your store for cart, payment, fulfillment and customer accounts. This preserves your current operations and data arrangements; it also means funnel performance still depends partly on the checkout experience your store already provides.
What page elements can be A/B tested?
Common candidates include call-to-action wording, colour and placement, hero and product imagery, headlines, offer framing, social-proof presentation, page length and form fields. Each test changes a manageable number of variables so results remain interpretable. Elements subject to regulatory or claims approval—such as product benefit statements—are only tested within wording your reviewers have already approved.
How much traffic do we need for meaningful tests?
There is no universal threshold; it depends on your baseline conversion rate and the size of improvement worth detecting. Very low-traffic funnels cannot support reliable split tests within a reasonable window, and we will say so. In those cases we prioritize bigger structural changes, sequential reviews and qualitative evidence instead of running tests that cannot reach a sound conclusion.
Who builds the pages and owns the testing tool?
Implementation can use your existing storefront tooling, your current testing platform or an agreed stack within the proposal scope. Licensing, hosting and platform fees are identified before work begins and are not assumed to be included in agency fees. Ownership of accounts, data and published assets is agreed in writing so your team is not locked out of its own funnels.
Will more tests always improve results?
No. Testing has a cost in traffic, time and analysis, and many individual tests end without a reliable winner. A prioritized backlog focuses on changes with a plausible commercial rationale. Repeatedly testing trivial variations, or declaring winners from inadequate samples, creates false confidence rather than improvement, so decision rules are agreed before each test runs.
Can funnel traffic still be attributed to the right partner?
Yes, provided tracking is configured and tested across the handoff. We verify referral parameters, codes and consent behaviour from partner click through funnel steps to store checkout, and reconcile differences between funnel analytics and affiliate platform records. Where a browser, device switch or consent choice breaks attribution, the limitation is documented rather than the missing orders being silently reassigned.
