The right work, for the right reasons

More than activity.
A plan with purpose.

A long affiliate list is not the same as a useful partner pipeline. Recruitment starts with the customers you serve, the questions they ask and the places they already seek product information. We identify publishers whose audience, editorial approach and commercial model suit your offer, then build a clear case for joining. Qualification considers traffic context, promotional methods, disclosure practices and the practical work required to publish. For nutrition brands, relevance includes whether a publisher can discuss the product responsibly without turning education into unsupported medical or performance claims.

A defensible partner profile

Define the audience, content context, promotion methods and commercial expectations that make a prospect worth approaching. Shared criteria let stakeholders understand why a smaller specialist publisher may be more appropriate than a larger but poorly matched site.

A traceable recruitment pipeline

See which prospects were researched, contacted, qualified, invited and approved. Record reasons for decline or delay so decisions are not lost in inboxes and future outreach does not repeat a rejected proposition without a meaningful change.

A cleaner activation handoff

Approved partners arrive with their interests, likely placement opportunities and open questions documented. This does not guarantee publication, but it gives the activation owner a relevant next step instead of another generic welcome message to an unfamiliar contact.

From strategy to execution

What we can deliver

Practical workstreams, clear handoffs and a scope shaped around your starting point.

Partner profile and qualification criteria

A written profile defines target audiences, content types, markets and acceptable promotional practices. Exclusions may cover prohibited claims, unsuitable coupon behavior or restricted channels. Brand and legal stakeholders approve sensitive boundaries before they are applied to applications.

Curated publisher prospect list

Prospect records include relevance notes, contact information from appropriate sources and research status. Coverage depends on available information and agreed categories. A list is not a commitment from publishers, and private audience data may require direct confirmation during qualification.

Personalized recruitment sequences

Messages explain audience fit, useful product details and the approved commercial proposition. Follow-up cadence, sender identity and suppression handling are agreed before sending. Outreach tooling, contact sourcing and market-specific legal requirements must be resolved rather than assumed compliant by default.

Application review and partner onboarding

Applications are assessed, exceptions escalated and approved partners directed to terms, links and support. The handoff records commercial discussions and intended activity. Negotiated placements, content production, paid editorial packages and ongoing partner management need separate authorization and scope.

Final deliverables, fees, approvals and responsibilities are agreed in a written proposal. Platform fees, product costs, shipping, creator fees and paid media are not assumed to be included.

How we work together

A considered process.
Not a one-size-fits-all playbook.

We establish what is ready, resolve the dependencies and build a repeatable working rhythm.

  1. Define recruitment priorities

Review your customer profile, product economics, current partner mix and allowed promotional methods. Agree target publisher categories and exclusions. Confirm the offer is usable, including commission terms, landing pages, product availability and someone responsible for answering commercial questions.

  2. Research and qualify prospects

Inspect relevant content, audience signals, geographic fit and contact routes. Note where traffic or audience estimates are uncertain. Prioritize prospects by relevance and feasible partnership opportunities, not by a single authority score or a promise of access to every publisher.

  3. Open relevant conversations

Develop outreach around a real editorial or audience connection and a clear partner proposition. Use approved sending practices and respect opt-outs. Follow-up responds to context and timing; it does not assume repeated contact can overcome an unsuitable offer.

  4. Review and hand over

Assess applications against the agreed criteria, route exceptions for approval and explain onboarding requirements. Record prospective placements and unresolved issues. Recruitment completion and first publication are distinct milestones, with ongoing activation assigned explicitly rather than implied.

In practice / illustrative scenario

Illustrative scenario: specialist relevance over list size

This is a hypothetical recruitment example, not client proof. A sports-nutrition brand has many coupon affiliates but little educational coverage for customers comparing ingredient formats.

A planning example, not a client case study or a promise of results.

The approach

Recruitment prioritizes specialist training publications and relevant product-comparison writers. Research checks whether their content explains product limitations and discloses commercial relationships. Outreach offers approved ingredient information and transparent terms, while paid placement requests are routed for budget approval rather than accepted automatically.

What we would learn

The useful signal is movement toward qualified editorial conversations and feasible placements, not the raw number of names added. Publication and commercial impact still depend on publisher decisions and customer response.

Signals that inform decisions

Measure what matters.
Then decide what comes next.

Reporting should explain trade-offs and next actions—not just count activity. Available data depends on your platform and integrations.

Qualified prospect coverage

Count researched prospects that meet documented criteria, segmented by publisher category and market. Include exclusion reasons. This reveals whether the pipeline is genuinely expanding into priority audiences rather than simply increasing a spreadsheet through looser qualification standards.

Positive reply and approval progression

Track relevant replies, qualified conversations and approved applications with consistent denominators. Separate automated responses and unsuitable commercial offers. Report elapsed time and unresolved dependencies so slow legal or budget decisions are not mistaken for weak prospect interest.

Recruit-to-activation handoff quality

Monitor how many approved partners have a named contact, documented next action and sufficient assets to proceed. Later publication can inform recruitment quality, but should be measured separately from sign-up and interpreted alongside the support partners actually received.

Before we begin

Bring your context.
We'll build the plan together.

You do not need every answer before contacting us. These inputs help identify the right first step.

  • Share your current partner export and suppression list so existing relationships and previous opt-outs are respected.
  • Provide customer profiles, priority products, target markets and examples of publishers you consider relevant or unsuitable.
  • Confirm approved commissions, allowed channels, available assets and the decision-maker for placement fees or exceptional terms.
  • Ensure application pages, tracking links and onboarding support are functional before prospective partners are invited to join.

Frequently asked questions

Have a question about your specific setup?

Let's talk it through
Can you guarantee a certain publisher will join?

No. Publishers control their own partnerships, editorial calendars and commercial requirements. We can research fit, develop a relevant proposition and manage a professional conversation, but cannot promise acceptance or publication. If a specific publisher is strategically important, we document what is known about its requirements and distinguish an affiliate invitation from a paid placement negotiation.

Do you recruit coupon and cashback partners?

They can be included when they fit your commercial objectives and program rules, but they are not a default substitute for audience-led recruitment. We consider margin, customer behavior, code handling and attribution overlap before prioritizing them. You approve allowed partner categories, and any restrictions need to be reflected consistently in platform settings and partner communications.

How do you judge publishers with limited traffic data?

We use the evidence available, including content relevance, publishing consistency, audience discussion and the publisher's own explanation of its readership. Third-party estimates are treated as directional rather than verified facts. Where uncertainty matters, we ask direct questions and record the limitation. Smaller publishers may still be suitable, but estimated reach is not presented as assured exposure.

Is recruitment the same as securing a product review?

No. Recruitment establishes a potential commercial relationship; a review requires a publisher's editorial decision and possibly product access, lead time or a separate agreement. We do not require favorable coverage in exchange for joining. Product gifts and paid activity must be disclosed appropriately, and editorial independence should remain clear throughout any review or placement discussion.

What if publishers request upfront placement fees?

We separate those requests from standard affiliate terms and collect the proposed placement, audience evidence, timing, disclosure requirements and usage conditions for review. You decide whether to authorize spend. A fee does not establish likely profitability, so evaluation should consider total cost and measurable objectives rather than treating every paid opportunity as necessary for recruitment.

When should we start recruiting for a new program?

Research can begin while setup is underway, but invitations should not send interested publishers into broken applications, unclear terms or unreliable tracking. We agree which readiness checks must pass before outreach advances. Actual recruitment pace depends on offer strength, publisher schedules and approval capacity, so neither partner volume nor activation dates can be guaranteed in advance.
